Ms. Novak is responsible for researching consumer discretionary and consumer staple companies for all Mazama strategies. Also, she is a portfolio manager, supporting the senior portfolio manager in overseeing the investment process. Formerly, she was an equity analyst at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, and a research analyst at Black & Company. Ms. Novak earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington, graduated cum laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. She received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.
